-What Model do I have? / Where is my Serial Number? / What Year is my unit?
All of these question are easily answered in one place, Your serial tag.  Unit (not hoe end) serial plates are normally located below the hydrostat pedal.   See the below illustration for location, what is normally looks like and the breakdown of how to read it and what it means.

-Our Tax (exempt) sales policy is as such 
All Purchases are Tax exempt EXCEPT the Following

As we are a Connecticut based business all purchases EITHER made in our Torrington Location OR any purchase shipped to a Connecticut address are subject to 6.35% CT state sales tax unless the following criteria are met.
-Parts Request Form must have exempt organization name listed in “Company”.
-Order Processing Form must have exempt organization name listed in “Company”.
-Connecticut state law requires that all items purchased and sold as tax exempt must be purchased “in the name of the exempt” and be accompanied with a valid retail certificate either mailed to the address below or emailed to info@allmandtractorparts.com.  If paying by credit card it means that the company name must physically printed be on the card.  If this is the case you must sent a copy (either digital or physical) of the card to us, feel free to black out all but the last 4 digits if you would like.  We will keep the last 4 digits of that card on file to associate any further purchases you may make with that card as tax exempt.  Payments can also be made by business check, made out to Mark VI Inc. and mailed to 696 Winsted Rd. Torrington CT 06790.  Items will be shipped once check has been cashed.

Can I pay by Check?
Yes you can.  Please make checks payable to Mark VI inc. and include with the check a copy of the estimate that you are ordering.  If payment is by check there will be a shipping delay until you check clears the bank (upwards or 2 weeks)

When will my order ship?
Orders received before 4:30 pm Monday-Friday are generally processed same day that a valid order processing form is received, and leave our facility the following shipping day.  For shippment times on special order parts see parts estimate.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Connecticut, USA

How will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on the size of parts requested.

Shipping rates are based on the Size and Weight of your package and your location.

Will I get a tracking number?
We can give you a tracking number for your package upon request.

Do you ship internationally?
At the present time we only ship to the US and US protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico)

What is the fastest way order parts?
Using the parts request form is the fastest way to get pricing and availability of parts the first step in the order process.

What is the fastest way to ask a question?
Using the contact form or sending an email to info@allmandtractorparts.com is the fastest way to reach us we can not accept parts requests via that method as there is necessary information on the parts request form for eventual order placement.

May I call you?
We are not staffed for taking orders by phone. The fastest way to have a question answered is with the contact form and the fastest way to have an order shipped is to place it through our website.

Where are you located?
We are located in and ship from Torrington, CT. (USA). We do not have a public access store at our warehouse location.  So we are not directly open to the public.  If you would like to pick up parts instead of having them shipped let us know and we can have the parts available for pickup at our Sister Company (Expert Rental) at 696 Winsted Rd. Torrington CT 06790.  Expert Rental employees do not have access to Allmandtractorpart.com information nor are they equipped to take or process orders, or answer most questions.

Can you send me a catalog?
Not right now, we’ve been adding products like crazy so we would need to make a new ones to rapidly.  For now the parts request form is the fastest way to get pricing and availability of parts.
